Characters are not modded?

I have downloaded and installed all mods in the tutorial and put them in the indicated order.
When the game starts only Cloud is modded.
I played for a few minutes and in a battle Barrett was modded, albeit with a different mod than the one I selected.
I have no clue what I am supposed to do. Help please?

I didn't add "direct" to the extra folders.

for model changes you have to add direct to the 7h settings and in your ff7_opengl.cfg file you have to find and make direct mode = on
