Ok, got past the start menu. Now, there is no music (/music/vgmstream/[title name here].ogg), the game is significantly slower, and I see no real change in Cloud's animation. It's not doing that idle animation displayed in the youtube video here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RrnkCaqijhs). Unless those work for only those models. I configured it in 7H and everything, but still nothing.

You didn't convert properly for sure , ffrinput.cfg is created with the FF7_GameConverter_7H.exe

Make sure you are running FF7_GameConverter_7H.exe as administrator ( right-click, Run as Administrator ) and follow instruction carefully.
Alrighty, that seemed to fix it. Though, I still can't seem to move the cursor on the menu with the keyboard or anything.

Alright, I tried to reconvert the game and now I have ff7.exe like the instructions said I should have. I probably didn't reconvert it all the way. So, that's probably what was keeping it from working. But, now it's saying it can't open ff7input.cfg. I looked everywhere, but I don't have that file for some reason. Even in my backup of the Steam version, it's not there. I can't even move the cursor to check if the mod is even working.

Oh, sorry. Well, I tried to run the different "run" animation, but it doesn't seem to change anything. Cloud's just running like he'd normally would.

Question. Are mods that you download through 7th Heaven are the only ones compatible with it? I turned the mods I downloaded that was required from Bootleg a long time ago, into iro files (like Facepalmer), but it doesn't seem to be changing anything in game. Much of the field stuff still looks blurry at some spots. It's not showing any errors, so I don't get it.

This may be a little early to ask, but I remember old posts saying they were able to install Bootleg to the first version of Reunion. Will it be possible to install on top of Bootleg with the new one?

I know a friend that is planning on a FFVII fandub who would probably love to have him and his cast put something together (course its ultimately up to him to go for it or not), if the tools are publicly available to use and stuff. He can probably handle the direction and audio and stuff, if he does go for it.

Troubleshooting / Music Problem

Alright, I have the Reunion installed, installed FF7Music with OSTRe in the same folder and 7thHeaven directing to FF7 Music, but for some reason the music isn't playing after the intro FMV. I don't know what I'm doing wrong here. I tried reinstalling FF7Music again, too. Still nothing.

This message also keeps popping up 'Error: Couldn't lock sound buffer' whenever I open the game. The only thing I'm running through 7thHeaven is Omzy's Field Pack, Battle Scenes, and Fixed Lighting Textures.

At last...PROPER SENTENCES! XD I'm loving the models. They fit right in without looking out of place.

Dunno how it happened. Cloud's sword is now completely white and now the time bar is running too far to the left. It might be the stuff I installed from Tifa's package, but I don't know. I may try reinstalling the game later.

Are there any  particular differences to the way the characters act compared to how they were portrayed in the original translation or even how they're portrayed nowadays in the compilation titles? Or are they about the same?

Woo congrats guys! Can't for the release. :) I might be doing a Let's Play too, and maybe a fandub of the important scenes (because doing the whole game is too much X_x). Depends if my voice acting friends are up for it.
