Clodus it's no point in quoting post direcly above yours:P, especially that it isn't much related. You get Cloud model black and white couse texture of "black box man" is black and white, my post wasn't mean to be an instruction how to deal with it, just correction which files have what and why you need them, or which you don't. Writing an instruction is fairy useless, as it depends on models someone already have and which versions of included in this pack want to use.

And for your text about: "**ae", "**af" and "**ag" files that also depends on the model, don't write like you mean something universal, after checking one model, it can confuse people later on. Those are textures, maybe they were empty/filler textures in model you checked, but for example in the included Cloud weapons with effects pack rtaf and rtag ARE weapon/effect textures. I find it hard to call a texture something "not needed" in namely textured weapon models:P.

thx a lot! you're right about the "**ae", "**af", and "**ag" files they were important for my battle.lgp files to show the textures of the weapons. Thx to you I got it to work fine with ff7

As someone above me stated certain aspects of the model look really iffy. The hair could probably be smoothed out some. If you are aiming for the high resolution feel, you could add in a few more polygons for the bangs. The lips are a little too full and need to be slightly wider. The nose is pretty spot on, good job there. I always thought Aeris' eyes were slightly more darker blue. The ears ought to be more rounded, they are rather pointy. The cheeks are too inward, her face is a bit more round, and child like.

I don't know if my critiques will help any. It is your model, and is coming together really nicely. I hope my words help more than harm. :).

I've been revising this thread and was wondering if those files will replace the character battle models as well or just the weapons. Thanks!

The extended soundtracks definitely worth it, and Zack has more screen time

You know i've been looking through the documentation of all the files found in the lgp archives, technically you can choose the models from the packs and use them, rather than all of them....i noticed that the weapon files are usually the last files for the character models. That's how i've been swapping weapons and body parts sometimes....

Hmmm... could someone please send me just the weapon files?

~edit~ I'm sorry for my ignorance. I just read all five pages and admit I already got a headache with the instructions on the 2nd page... There was meant to be an installer... I suppose this project is still open... I can't understand the instructions very well... which numbers should we change? Or just copy the files instructed...?

It's already in there.Just take the rtaf file and rename it to rtaf.tex
Also, grimmy also made a model with that buster sword on back.

Is this a part of the "HQ Aerith" model? I was wondering if we could use it with the "knights of Midgar" mod. But i guess it's still in progress right?

Hey I was just wondering something about the Fairy Tale with effect...
Is it glitched or something cause I get a Red Gem instead of a Green Gem with a glow in game... but using Kimera to view it, it looks fine. '~'

I have no idea on it. I used model opacity to make effect. I think it depend on custom driver, in my picture i use old custom driver (not remember which version)

I busy with school and this  :|
I'll be back with PJ as soon as i can

I like these models as well Mike. Glad to see another crossfire player as well. Not sure what you're doing in that new project but it looks like a new map you made?

I'm sure you are busy but when you get back id also like to see more weapons for the rest of the characters.
