The head looks weird, but it's the model that's the problem, the shape of the top of her head is a bit off making it look like her face is tiny and lower than it should be, kinda looks like she has an afro with bangs and a ponytail.

I've always wondered why Aeris wears those Granny Clampett boots.
I understand Tifa's boots; they are her weapons.

But Aeris is a sensible girl on a big adventure and those boots are made for walking . . .

I made it scaled with the original though, so I guess that would be why? :/

Model looks pretty good.  My only complaint is her face looks like she has Down's Syndrome.   Not sure if it's the model's or texture's fault

     Anyone could inform me which files are related to the char Yuffie, Aeris, Red XIII? And the patch of the topic, which files represent the hood and sephiroth hair? Use a patch to play with Sephiroth, and he is almost perfect in the battle, taking the cover and put the hair. Thank you!

These look good, the only thing that looks a bit off is the hilt of the Princess Guard.

Hair is an improvement it's just that face is always bugging me for some reason and those weird chopped up elf ears, the face is a bit more improved looks more innocent like howw she's meant too look like but ain't near enough to aeris's face like the ac version of her here:

even though this is your model you can do whatever and (im no texture expert :P) lol but just some suggestions but the model looks great great job!

Man sorry, I just post to thank you ! First I've seen your videos on the net and was very upset...
Then I've found your tutorials (and others, you know all of them ^^). To be honest I only use your Phoenix from this post, but really appreciate your work, and wish to make my own, what I would never be able to do without peoples like you and theirs tutorials !

PS : Damn I have to learn how you do extremity of members (like the Aerith's head here), like APZ did Cloud's arms, really great for animation ! But how the hell did you that without messing with the UV coords ? (well Ok I may edit them with 3DS Max :/).... In fact forget... I know how, thans again XD
