This won't do anything. Petitions never do.
Besides, even though they're not saying it, I suspect this is a timed exclusive. Watch it get released in mid-to-late 2016 on PS4/PC.

Petitions are a joke at best and a nuisance at worst

Yep, its time exclusive as far as i have heard the news. a shame. wrong decision imo. liked the previous title :/
/sign @petition won't work. they made a contract and they won't change it.

Lets boycott a game we can't even play! -Sony and PC gamers 2014

Unfortunately there is no real(useful) platform for public opinion. Take wethepeople for example-totally useless. A more impact approach would be to email/tweet/fb the studio instead of putting yourselves on some arbitrary list

You don't need a petition to make people boycott XBox One. Just tell them to read up on how bad and borderline illegal XBox One is. When Killer Instinct got announced as an XBox One exclusive at EVO, it got booed by the whole crowd.

Update timed exclusive:

Xbox probs mainly bought this for a while to rival Sony's exclusive Uncharted and increase their sales in Christmas :P
I think the devs did it so they didn't have to lose initial PS3/4 version sales to Uncharted 4 meaning that once folk are bored of UC4, RotTR comes out and behold SALES FIGURES.

Also exclusives have to stay between the same series for one console not for a game that has already been released in more than one consoles. Exactly like it happened with Bayonetta...
