Completely Unrelated / Translation project - Legend of Heroes : Trails in the Sky PC

Hi,

In order to share this awesome game with the french speaking people, I decided to translate it into french.
But I have a big problem : I don't know in which files are located the dialogues and which tools I should use to succeed.

Troubleshooting / What tool for a solo or duo but not trio party ?

I once read there was a way to play the game by making a party of one player or two (maybe a tool that removes the 3 players thing).

Can someone help me on that ?

Graphical / ORIGINAL FF7 MENU OVERHAUL !!

As you can see in the pictures, it's the original FF7 menu which has been overhauled and I really appreciate it !
Actually I installed many mods (Reunion, Menu Overhaul, Avalanche GUI 2.0.8, Avalanche High Res,...) but can't remember how I got that exactly.

When I first time saw Menu Overhaul, I enjoyed FF9 and FF10 menu but I was like "So bad there isnt original FF7 menu overhauled..."
And yesterday, by manipulating files (really cant remember what I did exactly), I had it !! I was so happy !
You'll notice that main menu was old style but battle menu was overhauled.
In field, it was the Menu Overhaul dialogue boxes.
However, some bugs appeared as you can see in battle menu (bad position HP/MP logo, sign + instead of red arrow in magic menu,no slash between current HP and MaxHP, but the limit bar ATB bar and barrier bar were filling corectly)

I dont know how I can have it properly.
What should I do ?
