Completely Unrelated / Game Installation issue. NonSE game

My morrowind goty, which works fine on my desktop, is having issues working on my laptop.  Each time I try to install it I get an error, tells me installation support file _IsRes.dll file cannot create a file when that file already exists.  Any ideas?

Just wanted to introduce myself, I am Sway.  Unashamedly a ff7 fanboy, just picked up ff7 and ff8 for pc and I'm gettin back into playing.
Side note
Thanks to all the posters here, before I registered I had issues with ff8, but thankfully I found information here and in currently enjoying the game. 

Edit:  30+ views and no one can say hello back?  Wow, friendly little forum isn't it?
