Completely Unrelated / Some tool to translate Megaman X6 PC

Hi folks, As they know Megaman X6 was released in other languages ​​besides Korean for PSX

Also some people have (re)translated even the game for PSX, but for PC it is still only in Korean, I wonder if anyone with the skill can do something to translate it.
Along with X4 this is one of my favorite games of the saga.

I know, I know, this forum is about Final Fantasy, but to ask does not hurt hehe.
