Yeah, I think the Japanese version pronounces it Aerith, but in the U.S. release, they changed it to Aeris.

Wasnt he one of the advisors to President Shinra (Before he was killed)?
They should put him in the movie, if not the robot (or whatever the hell it was) he was controlling.

Japanese dont have a "sssss" sound in their language, so they use "th"

Hence why japanese people appear to have a lisp, but its just their language doing that.

Take Kenji from GTA3 for example...you'll see what I mean.

heh, sorry for bringing it up, just trying to show an example of what he was talking about.

I saw the new trailer from E3 2004 of AC, and it looked pertty cool. Vincent was in there for like maybe 2 seconds walking, and all the fighting was cool.

Is it me, or does Tifa's new outfit look like a black version of Rinoa's?

If vincent only apears as much as when he does in the trailers it will be a terrible movie...

You've never seen that movie? It's very well known in the U.S., it was made in the 70's, 80's, maybe earlier?

Heh, you dont remember that chinese resturant?

After the dogs come into the house, and eat the christmas ham (or turkey? that doesnt sound right...), and then they have to go to the chinese resturant for christmas dinner.

And while they're there, they have the singers trying to sing that song, and they go:

"Tis the season to be jolly, Ra-Ra-Ra-Ra-Raaa, Ra-Ra, Ra, Ra."

And then the manager comes to them and goes:

"Nooo, you're supposed to say La-La-La, not Ra-Ra-Ra."

And they do it again anyways because they cant help it. Hence, what he was talking about their language and accents.

Mabye the movie was redone... Or it was both or either of the ones I previously suggested

It was a real good movie. Red Rider BB Gun? The big slide at the Santa station? That red headed bully who got his nose busted open? The kid getting his tounge stuck on the pole? The decoder ring? Dont forget to drink your Ovaltine?

None of those ring a bell?

The kid getting shot in the eye accidently by the BB gun when he gets it should. That and the kid licking the flag pole and getting it stuck there.

It really is a good movie, especially around christmas time. They play it on t.v. around then.

Yeah, that was a real funny part. The part I liked the most was when he was working SO hard to get the decoder ring from that thing. And when he got it, he's sitting there in the bathroom with it, listening to the message on the radio. His mom and sister are banging on the door, because his sister has to use the bathroom, and he's rushing to decode the numbers...

...And when he does, the message reads "Be sure to drink your Ovaltine (Or something close to it)."

I just started laughing, he's been sitting there, collecting all those things, waiting for it in the mail, and when he finally gets it, that's the message.
