hey , a few days ago i have read a guide which discripes how to change the menu avatars in the game
and i try to do it.
now my problem:
when i want to convert the modified bmp file into a tex file, then the avatar looks like here in the screenshot

Well, Omega is made for Final Fantasy 8, try using TexTool.

Highwind Is good also. Thats what I use for mine. Just search for that in the forums.
