Yeah, I saw your comment on YouTube- and Tim, here you go :D

If you need a manager, d3 and TheFavs are your back up :D

Haha nice!  ;D

Wanted to thank you for letting us play your new work on the Final Fantasy Radio. You must have put a lot of hours into making this and it is one of Nobuo's bigger sets of music. Keep up the great music and stop in the chat again anytime. Always nice to talk to fan's of the Square music.

The pleasure is all mine. Im just glad a broad selection of people can enjoy N. Uematsu's work with a better quality :) Where would we be without internet

Tim, there's a guy who wants to say something xD" (I got this PM on YouTube)

Quote
FFVII Soundtrack
Judgement Day. Are you the one who made that? If you are could you do it again but change the beginning? The drums are the wrong kind, and at 0:32 in the original song when the backround kicks in you should make that like uh.... what do you call it? Choral sh*t or something, like not instruments, but like a choral thingy. I would do these things myself but I have no idea how to get these instrument thingys on my comp without ruining it. BTW how do you get the remix stuff, is it on your comp or... what?

Could you maybe make a reply please, so that I can send him that ^-^

- Deniz

Hey...tell him its FINAL  ;)
1. Dont have time, 2. Dont think his suggestions are necessary since im quite happy with the result

3

Thank you so much, i know how much time and effort it takes to make clip and im glad i didnt have to do it ;).

I wont be releasing any tracks or albums soon since my business class has started and its very time consuming. Its to finish my university degree, so no screwing up.

Could someone please upload that to Mediafire.com? I would really appreciate it.

AHHHH I love you, FinalFantim!!!!! Much appreciated.
Since you stopped remastering FFVI OST (*cries*). Could you ONLY do "Dancing Mad?" That would make my day. I can live without one, though.

No problem
Hehe, i was thinking about remastering dancing mad
Im still waiting for some compatibility fixes that allow me to finish my Dark Messenger Project!

Check this nice official rearrangement:

Quality is not that good, but there will be a release of Distant Worlds II album in June 2010 containing this track

Neocloudstrife
   - for his neck and chin you probably right,  for the eyes i attempted to pull it down the vertices but it looks a little bit chuky like  :-) , therefore not made

Hehe, lol
Somehow its awesome AND funny at the same time. I like it!

(i know, its an old quote but i had to correct it)

CG means computer graphics am i right??

Actually, it means Computer Generated and CGI means: Computer Generated Image.

Thanks this is probably the best music mod in FF& PC history! Good Luck!

Thank you so much, i appreciate it! :-)

Aaah, now I see what you wanted to tell me ;) The YouTube people love you man, really :D
I HAVE to upload the 4th CD and then the 6st R-OST... mmmh, f***ing Sony Vegas doesn't work with Linux and Wine ;(

Good to hear they don't hate me for it
Im glad they appreciate it.

Wine and Vegas wont work cause of a bug if i remembered correctly...something to do with audio compatibility or something
The only solution my friend came up with was the switch to Adobe Premiere :P

Nice WORK!!! :-o

Its nice to hear my remastered tracks with the actual ingame footage
Im currently playing FFVIII with the new high res patch/driver but I want to play FFVII again and this patch safe's me alot of patching trouble, so thank you!

I am hosting it : http://ffhuit.free.fr/ff8_launcher_v1.31.rar

If the author want me to remove it, just email me at : [email protected]

Thank you so much!

I just hate it when you have to wait for a 10kb file :S, RapidShare is constantly overloaded.

12
Could someone please upload ff8_launcher_v1.31.rar to a more decent sharing site?
RapidShare is constantly overloaded. I download once in a while from RapidShare and its always overloaded...crappy service.

Anyway great launcher! but i have to same problem as aladore384.
Its far more superior than Aali's OpenGL driver since it has jittery 3d models like the psx version?

Im using it with a ATI 3870x2 with a resolution of 1680x1050 and apart from AA (flickering video when enabled), some minor text texture issues and black edges on transparent textures, its working like a charm.

Troubleshooting / Re: Crash in the batle
« on: 2010-01-07 22:11:26 »
hi guys , my ff7 is crashing in batles on next gongaga area with a monster use a skill called stone stare, when he released this skill my game crashes, help me?
and now my game is crashing in the batle arena when this monster is crashing my game .

sorry for the english!

Are you using any mods/hacks? If so, try to disable them. I've never heard of such a non-random crash on that spot/enemy/skill.
I remember getting crashes with mods/hacks, but the crashes were random. Are you sure this is happening consistently?

Troubleshooting / Re: FF8 World Map Glitch (run in place)
« on: 2010-01-07 22:06:38 »
Hello, friends.

So I have been playing FF8 for the PC for a few weeks now and it was working flawlessly.  However, last night I was traveling around the world map with the Garden (disc 2) and I landed it near Edea's Orphanage.  I exited the garden, saved, and went to sleep.  Today I go to play it and I am stuck.  Meaning, Squall can only run in place in the coordinates where I last exited the garden and can't move anywhere, nor can I enter the garden again (pressing the confirm button does nothing).  The video below shows my exact spot and predicament.

Has this happenned to anyone?  Any ideas of how I can resolve this?  I tried using Griever but the "location" module is not functioning.  I'm stuck :(

video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OSdYV2J76Qs

I can recall something like this happened in another youtube video.
I also see some glitching background graphics. Dont think it has anything to do with it, but its certainly not normal :P
Anyway, thats why i aways have multiple savegames...little tip for you in the future

Troubleshooting / Re: Editing Weapon Attack Sounds..
« on: 2010-01-07 21:58:23 »
Im really curious what sound effects your going to use 8-)

A lot of the free ones that are floating on the internet sounds terrible
Luckily there are a lot of affordable royalty free sound effects now a days.

Im glad...
Normally, mastering is done with monitor speakers or studio monitors so it would sound great on any kind of system (since not everyone has the same setup/settings)
But im glad it sounds awesome
So, the FFVI Remastered Soundtrack was done with Mastering skills, not like the FFVII one, correct?

Well...yes and no...
I mean, i definitely improved on some levels, but the best mastering was done in Battle Not Alone! imo :P

I was listening to the Opening Theme of Final Fantasy VI in my car yesterday, and boy! The way it sounded with the cars speakers, with the thunder clap and the organ, and the wind with the piano, and the bell ringing... it gave me goose bumps! It would be totally awesome if the rest was made! It's that awesome!

Someone on Deviantart said about the album:

-"Wow it sounds great  :-D :-D Would the other discs ever be made?"

I quoted Final Fantim, and he replied:

-"Mmm aww it would be awesome if he did."

People love your work, Final Fantim!

Haha nice,
Send my best regards :P

24
OK, everyone, here it is. The album art for Final Fantasy VI Remastered:

Special thanks to FinalFanTim for the creative freedom and this awesome album! :-D

There's nothing worse than being creative with restrictions  8-)

Nice work TheFavs!

25
Awesome, The Favs has to make some Arts again and I will upload it :P

I will conjure up something nice for this!

Final FanTim, what is this album named exactly? FFVI Remastered, or FFVI Unreleased, or what???

Final Fantasy VI - OST [Remastered Edition] - Unreleased Tracks

Nah, doesnt really matter to me, as long people know its only a part of CD1 instead of the full album
