7th Heaven / Fullscreen is really zoomed in?

I just got a new PC and i wanted to play some FF7 so i set up 7th heaven and everything went well until it started the game in fullscreen where i noticed that the screen was zoomed into the top right corner of the screen. I just don't know what to do to fix this problem.

Everytime I start FF7 I just get a black screen and I just don't know what I can do to fix the problem.

7th Heaven / Does 7th Heaven use the Steam version of FF7?

This is probably a stupid question but does 7th Heaven use the Steam version of FF7 because when I launch FF7 in 7th Heaven the Square Enix logo is different from the Steam versions and there are some differences ingame aswell.

7th Heaven / Mods will not download.

Okay I need some help. I have been trying to download the mods from the 7th Heaven tutorial but when I start downloading one the progress does not go up and it just keeps saying calculating. I did read that if the download is not working you can just cancel it but when I cancel the download it doesn't cancel and it just stays in the download menu doing nothing.

7th Heaven / 7th Heaven Step 5 Help?

I have following the 7th Heaven mod tutorial very closely and I am stuck on step 5. The problem is when I click the "Check subscriptions now" in the workshop menu nothing happens at all and nothing appears on the right hand side. So what do I do to fix this problem?
