Title: My game lag and have bars on the screen

Hello  :), on my pc the game lag and is with several horizontal bars on screen, my pc is an ativ book 3 i7 from samsung (if I'm not mistaken) forgive me for my way of speaking, i'm brazilian and i cannot speak english very well, i need more practice.
