I myself installed kula_wende's awesome FF7 Advent Children Complete Custom Cloud, so I can help with that. The step must also be the same for the Barret model. I don't know about the blue limit mod (I prefer red :P).

1) Download AC_Cloud.rar (kula_wende gave the link)
2) Download LGP Tools (preferably v1.60).
3) Run LGP Tools, and open your file named Battle.lgp (in your Program Files\Square Soft, Inc\Final Fantasy VII\data\battle folder)
4) Uncompress AC_Cloud.rar, and go into the Battle directory. Select all files and drag them (=make them slide) into the LGP Tools window. Choose "yes" to all.
5) Open the "Final Battle" directory, inside your AC_Cloud directory, and once again select all files and drag them into the LGP Tools window.
6) After LGP Tools is done working, choose Open, and open the "char.lgp" archive, in the Field folder.
7) Now it depends upon what you want... ...If you like chibi (think "lego") models out of battle, drag the files inside "Field chibi" inside LGP Tools - but if you prefer normal-sized characters, drag the files that are in the "high res field" folder.

...And you're done. Have fun :)

the COMPLETE AC mod by kula wende is not available as it is illegal to distribute due to the use of ripped models, you gotta use whats available here and do some searching before asking, as alot of things that was easy to get a few years ago are no longer available due to this

Because it contains content from another game, mainly Kingdom Hearts.

Because some versions of the custom driver don't like altered Battle.lgp files.

Maybe you applied the mods wrong?

I suggest using this. It has all the patches you want and more.

You need Aali's Driver to let the textures show. Do you have it??

All I know is you have to run the game at a higher resolution to make the textures show.
Steps:
1.Go to your ff7 main directory and open ff7_opengl.cfg by dragging it to a blank notepad.
2.You will see this file
# ff7_opengl config file

# use shaders, if available and supported
# turn shaders off to use the OpenGL 1.1 backend
use_shaders = yes

# plugins
# a movie plugin is required, the music plugin is optional, but required to make FF7Music work
movie_plugin = plugins/ffmpeg_movies.fgp
music_plugin = plugins/ff7music.fgp

# vertex and fragment shaders
vert_source = shaders/main.vert
frag_source = shaders/main.frag

# YUV fast path shader
yuv_source = shaders/yuv.frag

# post-processing shader, used to apply fullscreen effects
post_source = shaders/bloom2.post
enable_postprocessing = yes

# display frames per second counter in upper right corner
show_fps = no

# display some real-time debug information
show_stats = no

# set the window size (and fullscreen resolution) of FF7
# 0 means use original resolution (whatever ff7.exe provides)
# preserve_aspect adds black borders as needed to preserve a 4:3 aspect ratio
window_size_x = 1360
window_size_y = 768
preserve_aspect = yes
fullscreen = yes

# prevent glitches due to rounding errors by rendering in the nearest (larger, if supported)
# multiple of the original resolution and up/down-scaling
prevent_rounding_errors = yes

# check your driver settings if this option doesn't seem to work
enable_vsync = yes

# limit snowboard, coaster and highway minigames to refresh rate / 2, i.e. 30fps for a 60hz display mode
# vsync must be enabled and working for this to have any effect
minigame_framelimiter = on

# same thing, but for the battle swirl
battleswirl_framelimiter = off

# replace FF7's default framelimiter timer source
use_new_timer = yes

# use a more stable (but less accurate) timer to control FF7's framelimiter
# this option has no effect unless the use_new_timer option is on
use_stable_timer = yes

# allow FF7 to use linear filtering for its textures
# some things look slightly better with this option on, but alot of textures just lose their detail
linear_filter = on

# make all dialog boxes transparent, same effect as the transparent dialog boxes YAMP patch
transparent_dialogs = on

# expand battle viewport to cover entire screen and make the battle menu transparent
new_battle_interface = on

# enable alpha blending for textures without an existing blending effect
fancy_transparency = on

# store external textures in a compressed cache for increased performance
# compression is not lossless, some artifacts may appear when this option is in use
# texture cache does NOT update automatically if the source image changes, however, deleting anything from the cache
# will cause that file to be recreated from the source
compress_textures = yes

# read files directly instead of using LGP archives
# this option requires you to have all your LGP archives unpacked in direct/, with one folder for each archive
# for example; if FF7 is looking for aaab.rsd in char.lgp, this option will make it open direct/char/aaab.rsd instead
# this option should be used for testing only, performance will take a hit
direct_mode = off
3.Change the red text color with your resolution
4.Be careful of what you change there and make backup of the file in case something goes wrong.
5.Good Luck :)

I forgot a step. Aali's driver won't work if you did not register it in the ff7 registry. If you have Aali's driver copied in the main ff7 folder, you should hava a file named ff7_opengl.reg. Click on that and click yes then you're done. If it still doesn't work after that I can't help you anymore. :-X

Those .rsd files can be seen in kimera. Can't help you there, sorry. :-[ Its either the model you have downloaded are corrupt or destroyed. Try remodding your battle.lgp with the files you have downloaded again and use lgptools. If it still do not work sorry dude but you'll have to wait for somebody else to help you.
