Here is Sailor Barret. I have tested it in game and all works well except the face textures don't show???

Seriously someone help with the face textures! The textures don't show as white, They seem to show as if the whole face is skin color.

GREAT work man!

Did you cheked ayaga.RSD file?
Open it with notebook and edit this:
NTEX=3
TEX[0]=ACHE.TIM
TEX[1]=ACHF.TIM
TEX[2]=ACIA.TIM

OR it's another problem

I did that.  I also had to switch the head. Apparently when I added global lighting it changed the white areas of the face to gray so the texture wasn't being applied. I works now, heres a pic of Sailor Barret on a date with Cloud just for fun.

I actually did this to test the face textures, but the files are for sailor barret(ayfb) not normal barret(acgd).

I've also tested bugenhagen2 in game and it works no problem. Gonna start young hojo next.

I love all of your guys' hard work..
Grimmy that Sailor Barret model is amazing :D.

I will be helping out soon.. I am just learning the inner workings of Kimera....

Just out of curiosity... you are going to release this, right?? Is it going to be the way it was done before, with exe. icon.. or....???
And are you going to wait until you finish all the models to release... or are you going to updates??

Thank you,
Broken Crow

I think we can make update after rebuilding 30~40 models.
There is no point to make release now,because you'll even not find difference with earlier version.

Here's what I noticed:

-Some models are too dark, and some faces are faded in the skin. This doesn't look good at all.
-Tifa's world map model has her feet under the ground.
-Some models have flickering textures (why change the materia anyways?). New save point is ugly (there was no need to change this either).

I think you should focus on fixing these before making new models. Also, you should finish the world map models first (the Highwind can be a bit hard to remodel though).

Okey!Will try to fix this probs,but not all.
-Like too dark:I don't want check all models that are ALREADY rebuilded and recolor them again
-Tifa can be fixed
-Texture flickering because models are blinking.we can return old save point there is no problem with this(But i had a tiny plan like making it like in Crisis core.Don't hve any idea how make it but still want to try)

For the most part that is the hojo already in the patch, I just changed the face and hair to be a younger version. Honestly I just keep clicking around until it starts to look right.

Ice_cold I only have three but I'll send them to you. I have tested mine in game and they work.  I've also notice that face textures on some models(Barret in particular) are set to 25% opacity. I didn't now if that was done intentionally or just overlooked. I think wedges textures are set to 50 or 75%.

That's what I was talking about when I said some models had their faces faded in the skin. So it CAN be fixed.

Nice models indeed.

As was previously suggested I would however like to stress the fixing of the materia ârt.  If you need to remove blinking then so be it.  We're bound to miss some because of this bug.
