error downloading google drive - quota exceeded

hello,

anyone knows how to download the mods ?
been trying for days everday and even for 1 week but still whenever i want to download always gives me error "error downloading google drive - quota exceeded"
how can i download the mods especially the big size mods if downloading the small size like below 100mb are so hard.
please help if anyone knows ...

Just be patient... there've been a LOT of new folks joining and downloading of late.  Give it a couple of days, and things'll fall back within quota limits.

okay then, so faar i've just waited for over a weeks now. and still wait & trying.

and wanna ask about this error :
when play the game choose a new game, my xbox1 controller doesn't work at all.



any idea how to solve it ?
