Question From a Noob - FF7 New Threat

I am new to this whole Mod thing and I installed and ran 7th Heaven and have the mods from the catalog. I was wondering if there was a different catalog with New Threat or if I'm doing something wrong, because it's not showing up in the catalog provided on the tutorial. New Threat can be found in the Gameplay and Story changes IRO. But that version isnt the most up to date. You can find it in the gameplay releases subforum here on qhimm. http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=14938.0
