Title: SOLVED: FFVII Remix: horrible video resolution and game crash

It's a Windows 7 laptop on which I installed FFVII and applied the Remix mod pack. I start FFVII, and the intro video is not all on the screen; I only see the top left quarter of the video (the "SQUARE" is visible at the bottom right). After the movie, or when I press Enter, it goes to the starting screen easily enough, but when I press for a new game, it crashes with the "ff7.exe has stopped working" error. There is no app.log file.

Don't use the Remix. Use Bootleg (http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=12008.0) instead.
