I think the body from first screens was perfect.All proportions was like of Red XIII

Actually Biturn opens HRC file as Skeleton and P files as 3d parts.
I can't convert whole model to 3DS...only P files

Try extract whole PRP's char.LGP in some folder and open adda hrc(RED XIII) file in kimera.After that save this model with the same name to other folder and open it in biturn

Barret model by Timu Sumisu, heavy work in progress.

It's REALLY COOL work! But i think you have to change his face a little!
I think his eyes need to be smaller and not so far from nose;
more beard;
lips not soo fat.
He looks like Samuel l Jackson i think :wink:
Try use this art as result



Thats my opinion.Sorry if it's too many critics.I just really Like Nomura Style,and want to see models as closer to his original design!

I just used Biturn to convert TEX in BMP,Then made changes in it and converted it back to TEX.
I know that biturn textures makes game crash.Is there another way?
LGP tools CHANGE trick don't works

Btw,about emblem on his belt.In original FF7 there was emblem that they used like DG SOLDIER in DOC and in Crisi Core they Changed it to this:
