Yeah, you are right.  It is the second anime, but the first one was on video only.  This one is a full fleged anime series, the story is something that I am looking forward to see.  I read about what it was about, and I liked it.  As a matter of fact,  I was making a "final fantasy" story sometime ago, and it involved a transdimensional portal and some twins.  When I read the story, I was amazed that it was pretty close to what I had in mind for a final fantasy game or anime.  Actually, I wanted my story to be for a final fantasy anime.  It's kinda like having your story made by other people and aired on TV, of course without giving you credit, but it is the idea of something that you had in mind to actually come true.  I wanted this anime to come out so bad, I was actually thinking that if I became a millionaire or something, I would make a deal with SquareSoft so that they would make an anime.  I am still excited about this news.  

By the way, if anyone knows about the Final Fantasy:Unlimited episodes being fansubed or being distributed on the Internet, Please let me know ([email protected]) or post it on this thread. Thanx.

For those who can't download it, right-click on the link and save as.

As for a response about the music, I downloaded it and it seems to be good.  There's something catchy in the tune.  With a little editing it could be good for a character theme.  Good Job.  I am learning more C++ programming so that I can also take part of the project.  I know this project will take years, but It could be one hell of a game if it is completed.  Try to come up with more tunes.

I hope no one tells me that I am slow on the news, but I just read that in Japan the anime series Final Fantasy: Unlimited has been released.  It's  a new story that also takes place on earth just like the movie.  I was very excited about this because I always wanted a final fantasy anime series to come out.  I hope it's good.  I don't know much about it, so put some info in here if you know something more.  Here is the link to the site that I read this:

Man, I could still remember a week last week on tuesday, I turned in my Mid-term essay.  My essay was about hunger in the U.S.  I made some commentaries about the U.S. government not giving enough money to programs that help families feed their children.  I was saying that the government spends more money on the military, trying to protect this country from some threat that I believed no longer existed.  On tuesday, September 11, at 7:30 am, I woke up to say happy  birthday to my father.  Ten minutes after hanging up the phone my mom calls me back telling me about what happened.  I quickly went to see the TV.  As I turned it on, I saw the City of New York covered in smoke.  I could not believe what had happened.  When I found out what was going on, I remembered the Mid-term essay that I had turned in.  I didn't feel so secure in this country as I did when I wroted that paper.  Having something like this happen definately opened my eyes and see that this country is not protected with an Iron Wall, and that this country is as vulnerable as the people who have died.

I read today, that a terrorist group al Qaeda was the one responsible for the attacks.  The FBI intercepted phone calls of them talking about the attack, they are one of the groups sponsored by Osama Bin Laden.  Also the officials of the Taliban are appealing to the U.S. to not attack afghanistan.  Supposedly Osama bin Laden is hiding there.  To be honest, I just wish the U.S. would bomb the shit out of that country so that they could stop all the stupid terrorism shit they do.

Straywings put a quote of Nostradamus, saying that in the "City of God".  That more sounds like the city of Los Angeles, just think about it.  He probably didn't know what the name was exactly, but it was something related to god and Los Angeles in spanish means angels.  This is freaky.  In any case, if we go to war, just because the enemy might be small countries it doesn't mean that they could not do a great damage on the U.S.  They have enough nuclear weapons to put a fight with us, and plus they are suicidal maniacs.  The problem is who are we going to blame it.  Suppose we find the people responsible, and lets say is a small terrorist group.  What are we going to do about it, we can't just go ahead and attack the country where they are located.  If the country's government had something to do with this then there would be a reason to attack that country, but until then.

I heard from somewhere that Saddam Hussein might be involved in the attack.  I woke up this morning to call my dad and say happy birthday to him, and 10 minutes later my mom calls back crying telling me about what happened.  I ran to turn on the TV and saw New York covered with smoke.  I was yelling "holy shit" over and over, as it was the end of the world or something.  It kinda shocked me because I would have never expected for something like this to happen.  Imagine, it's like destroying Eiffel Tower or something like that.  Also I heard that there was an airplane headed to San Diego that might be hi-jacked, but that I guess is just speculation.  Wonder what effects this would have now, economically and politically.

If it wasn't that I read something about RD I wouldn't have known.  Even when I tried to look for information, most of the websites that had the rom or information were down.  Anyways, if there is a finished translation of the game, be sure to post it.  I don't even dare to play the game in japanese, it's boring as hell to not be able to understand anything.

Thanks Ficedula,  I kept looking in this forum for some type of information on Radical Dreamers, but I couldn't find it.  And plus there might be other newbies who don't know about it, it doesn't hurt to bring old news back to those who don't know.  I was cut off the internet for a long time, and wasn't aware of these kinds of news. I found this out in one website that the original sequel to Chrono Trigger was Radical Dreamers, it is a very dull game, since it is only a text RPG.  It would however, be interesting to see how it is. The game is in Japanese, and there is no translation.  Chrono Cross is supposedly the improved version of RD.

I went to the squaresoft website and saw that there is this game called Final Fantasy Chronicles, it is Final Fantasy IV and Chrono Trigger "remastered", it has FMVs, new features, and other new stuff.  The thing I don't know about the games is that if its 3D like FF7 and FF8.  If anyone has more info on this please post it.  Also, wouldn't it be a bad idea for squaresoft to redo FF6.  I didn't like the fact that they just put one FMV in the beginning of FF6 in Final Fantasy Anthology.  In my opinion, FF6 is one of the best FF games (probably the best).  I guess it wouldn't hurt squresoft to make a master piece into an even better master piece. #
