What are you basing your opinion on?

I beleive the fact that it has disney character in it makes him think it sucks ass.  And wth are you on about, "Because disney are involved it gets polished to perfection" ?  Disney wanted the game to be like that SPECIFICALLY so it would give them a fighting chance with other RPGS of the same time.

I doubt you have even played the game.

atm, All I can remember is the Duck Tru-Motion codec is the video one, so perhaps you need to remove it and replace it with the one on the install disc.

ever notice how disney always makes very attractive lead female characters.... Disney isn't as wholesome as they pretend to be.

Try uninstalling them, athen re installing FF7...It may be you have newer versions of the codec, and it's messing about with the old ones.

I haven't published anything about running the movies from your HD.  I just use CD images + virtual CD-ROM drive, myself.

So they release sh*t like Kingdom Hearts which I don't mind but I hate the fact that Disney is a part of a Square game.

Why?  Because Disney has a reputation for makinf films for kids, any game they make or co-create therefore makes it shit, and people should hate it?

They could've used a company that isn't so childish you know... especially when most of us are way older than the audience they point the game to. Do you honestly believe that a 6 or 7 year old will want to read all of the dialog?

You really don't grasp this game do you?  Its not aimed completely at children. Its geared towards an OLDER audiance. 12 and up.  Hell, Kids of age 6 should even OWN a PS2 at age 6 Imo. And also, What makes you think Disney ARE so childish? hmm? Just because they make movies aimed at children that many adults ALSO enjoy.


So what company do you suggest they use instead?  The whole point of using Disney, was that they could create a nostalgic experiance that would light up flames in both Children, and parents.  Without Disney, the game wouldn't be there.  Its more or less the WHOLE plot of the game.
