It there anyway your new Menu Overhaul could display the Magic boost you get from a weapon under the Magic Atk row in the Equip menu? I've never understood the point of that row, it seems to always display zero. In my own file, I've modded the description of each weapon so it displays all the hidden stat boosts you get. However, that takes up a lot of room in the kernel :(

Hey. Made an account pretty much for this. I really want to use these mods, because the model's mouths make me laugh. I can't take the end of Disc 1 seriously when Sepiroth looks like that. So, I tried to install these mods... but they aren't working. The error just says "unknow version". Any idea why?

Hello. What version are you using of FFVII? I was having the same issue with the Steam version but solved it by using the original char.lgp that comes with the game. By original I mean that it has not been tampered with by mods at all (in my case the Reunion mod). You can follow Sega Chief's short guide above if you don't have a backup of char.lgp. Happy modding!

Hello all,

In the PC release of FFVII I've noticed a number of music cues that differ from the PSX version (and I'm not talking about the terrible MIDI tracks). For example, when Cloud is looking into the Jenova chamber in the Shinra Headquarters, the track "Who are you?" is supposed to play for the entire scene. However, on PC the track switches back to "Infiltrating Shinra" once Cloud backs away from the chamber. A similar problem occurs in the scene where Reno walks over the flowers in Aerith's church and when Cloud throws Sephiroth into the mako pit.

I've looked at the field data using Makou Reactor and everything seems identical to the PSX version. My first guess is that the "Lock music" command isn't working correctly or that some problem is occurring when the game loads a different field. Has anybody else noticed this and is there a solution? I'm using the Steam version of the game.

Hey guys, great mod here. I don't believe I'm getting 60fps to run properly. I bought the Steam release and installed the newest version of Reunion, but Tifa's reels and menu navigation are both still choppy. I've been poking around the forums to see if I missed a step but I can't find anything.

To give more information I installed everything in Reunion but the menu overhaul, model overhaul, and memory patches. The installation completed so I assumed everything was in working order. Let me know, thanks!

Also, the Weapon part of the mod works with the Steam version correct? I haven't been able to test it yet.

Got 60fps to work, although the red arrow indicating that a spell can hit all targets is missing. I really think the readme should come with some documentation about the HextLauncher "FF7+" cause newbies like me get easily confused.

Just wanted to throw in my thanks. I read the Eurogamer article as well and I'm so happy to see the retranslation completed. As someone who has always been bothered by VII's localization as well, you're like a hero to me dude 8) I hope the best for your future endeavors!
