It's like playing 'connect the dots' with the create polygon tool, lol.

All you have to do is connect the edge verts into a polygon.

Your method for patching holes using Kimera... I heard it won't load the model once in game.   Have you tried models patched with Kimera?

I fill holes on some models using Kimera and it still work. But if you want your model perfectly and no have any crash you should fill holes with 3ds max.

That's right, all Kimera version since 0.8 have a bug that can potentially crash the game (unsued vertices not being removed). It will be solved for good on the bugfix i'll release soon.
