Ok I understand and I did figure out the what the problem was ( if you are having the same problem as me just remember it says the original 1998 so be sure you have the right copy) but I do have another question about the mod I believe it was roc4 I downloaded but I haven't noticed an increase in difficulty so is it just the retranslation?

I am playing on Android the classic boy emulator and I've also tried a few others but the game freezes in the very beginning when the train is pulling up I then tried to get past that part by using the original iso file and then i reloaded the modded game and made it to when you jump off the train at reactor #2 and it froze again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
