That doesn't make sense - it's either a .iso, in which case you can mount it, or some other file type. A .bat is a batch file; batch files are just lists of DOS commands for Windows to execute. Earlier you mentioned an ECM file, which is a format that has to be extracted to produce a BIN or ISO. Google will help you on that one.
