SOLVED: Cosmo Canyon Crash

I was playing normally but after that FMV tha shows the planets etc. the game frozen, anybody help? Is that problems of char.lgp?
I changed the char.lgp file and the same thing happened, after talking to bugenhagen the video ran ok but after it, frozen again, I'm trying to fix this in  everey way possible :/

There are some broken Bugenhagen models in circulation. Don't use illegal models. Clear the cache after restoring char.lgp.

Hmm, I was looking around the threads and found something called gyptNEW, does this works?

About the char and other stuff that I changed, I tried to do as you said but that part still crashes :(

The problen could be any of a number of damaged system files: flevel.lgp, char.lgp, kernel.bin, kernel2.bin, scene.bin or possibly another file.   Do a fresh full (maximum)  install of FF7.  Avoid using unsupported mods.  The mods available here at Qhimm are well documented and supported.  You can still have a very beautiful and modern looking FF7 experience without all the headaches.  If you have a problem with a supported mod, someone here will fix it.

Ok, time to post.

The crash at Cosmo Canyon is a random bug with Vanilla FF7. Either you convert your save to an emulator using PSX Mem Tool Black Chocobo, or you use the Debug Room. If you choose the latter I'll post a detailed explanation on what to do. You can also use Black Chocobo to set your location to the Debug Room.

there i fixed that for you :D.. you can also use black chocobo to set your location to the debug room.

Used Debug Room, what should I do now?

I entered the Debug Room, with the Black Chocobo, where there is Barret with his Sailor Suit on the floor, Red Dressed Aerith, Rude, A dog and other stuff, it seems is the Debug Room 3, so, what do I have to do now?

Ok, so just have your save in the main room, and wait for me to find out where in hell is buried the solution to this.

Edit: First and foremost, this will force you to skip the GI Nattack fight and, in fact, the whole GI Cave section.

Go into the room #5 according to this picture :


You may not have the symbols as in the picture though.

Then, talk to Yuffie and select the option "seto no kabe". Then you'll be brought to when Nanaki reunites with his dad.

Feel free to add the items and stuff through Black Chocobo that you'd have get.
