We must see the results on different style/kind of background too and what is the most fitting algorithm. Yes the price by month is better but I wonder which is the smallest time you can do the 999 images. To me, if you don't search in the details you cannot see it was upscaled.

Letsenhance.io is definitely doing a great job here. :o In the case of FFIX I think the first thing to do is to get rid of the blurry filter to get optimal results.
