Failed to Load Subscription
« on: 2017-09-17 22:12:57 »
So, after getting everything set up through following the tutorial I click on "Check Subscriptions Now" as the tutorial says to do.

I'm then greeted with this error (which I can't copy and paste so I just took a screencap of it):

Not sure what exactly the issue is in this instance.

It's been a week and I'm still having this issue. It'd be nice if I could at least get some sort of response, even if it's just "We don't know what's causing this issue, either." So I don't feel like I'm being completely ignored.

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\7thWorksho

Try going there and deleting the catalog.xml. Then reopen 7H and "check subscriptions now" again.

I don't seem to have a catalog.xml there.

Uh, it should be generated by 7H after you make any changes within the 7H client.

Well, I don't know why it's not there. The only 3 files there are "applog.txt", "library.xml", and "settings.xml".
