tifa's 7th heaven modding troubles

I recently downloaded FFvii off of the steam store, and downloaded 7th heaven to mod the game. but when I opened the mod catalog, there was nothing there. i cant find any other way of downloading mods, so someone please help!
If anyone has a way to fix it then please notify me if possible.

I have found the source of my problem.
i didn't have the 2.0 link so i couldn't find the mods
I am pretty dumb for that

Does your settings window look like this? Does your Subscriptions window have the correct link?



If yes, then go to the catalog tab and click the search button to refresh the catalog page where all available mods are to download.
