FF8 Crashes on an FMV

Right after the Scene where Zell and Squall...erm... Leon meet for the first time, there's an FMV or something introducing Seifer.

Well right at that moment, my game crashes. I've tried updating my Video Card, I've tried Patching the Game, I've tried running in compatibility mode with everything disabled, I tried disabling all of the video settings in the configuration panel to improve the performance... Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Also:
Here's a Save File. If anyone can jump on FF8, I'm in the Dormotory. Just leave the Dorm, run down the Hall, get past the Scene with Zell, Squall, and Seifer, then go back to the Dorm and Save.

If anyone can send me the Save File after that, then it should temporarily fix my problem
