wow! i'm glad someone got the jump on these before me! I really like the look of them, my only complaint is the water is way to "blue".  Tone it down quite a bit for a dark blue, like the original. Are these already animated? If so i would seriously consider adding these to the WMRP, they are hands down better than anything i could've come up with.

excellent!

If you can make these dark blue(leave the spray white) then i will add them to the WMRP as soon as you can get a finished copy to me!

i can't even begin to explain how happy this makes me! I was worried about the rivers from the beginning, and these are better than i could've imagined! If your interested, i'd like to have you finish to oceans as well. It looks like your more than up to the task! Let me know if you'd like to help finish off the WMRP.

awesome! let me know when you do the animated beaches for the ocean, i can send you the texture i used for the sand so far. This way anything you do will match up nicely with what i have done already.

no rush either, take as much time as you need.

to color is perfect, just decrease the brightness and add a bit of contrast and you be should there. Right now it's too bright and it will clash with the rest of the landscape.

hmmm, not quite. Basically what ou have is good but it's wayyyy to bright. All i really need is for it to be about half as bright as it is now, the darker parts should be almost black and the lighter portions should be a deep blue.

Like this:

Open your "hue/saturation" toolbar and lower the saturation until it looks kinda dark, then raise the brightness just a hair. You might slide the Hue toolbar just a bit to correct the colors if they get kinda wierd.

Sorry about all this, i should've just made a preview from the start.

That you think if I make two versions?? one with clear water and other with the dark water so that people could choose which they more like...

PD:I think I'm getting close ....:

I really like what you have right there! It looks natural and the subdued colors will fit nicely with what we already have. You can raise the brightness a bit if you want, but i wouldn't deviate to far from what's there.

if your okay with releasing 2 version of the rivers, by all means go for it! If you'll let me package the darker ones in the WMRP/TA pack then users can always get the brighter ones if they prefer.

Here a sample of how it goes:

I think it lacks a touch on the long pieces of rivers ...
I get better tomorrow.

awesome! It looks perfect, i can't wait to see how it looks along with the updated WMRP. All of the riverbeds are finished, so that will just cap these off. Take as long as you need to finish these, we have no deadline so tweak to your hearts content and let me know whenre your ready to incorporate them into the WMRP.

Full credit will also be given if your worried about that.
