Title: Can't Launch Game, It asks for Disc 1, 2 or 3

I followed each of the instructions to the letter last night, even had it loaded with mods last night with zero problems. Get up today, load up 7th Heaven and try to launch game and it pops up with a message "Please insert Final Fantasy VII Disc 1, 2 or 3 and try again".

Did you insert/remove a USB stick, and consequently change the drive letters where FF7_Disc1.iso lives?
