« on: 2012-03-12 05:06:25 »
hi i've been looking through the forums for about 3 hours.  I can't download the team alavanche project beta as megaupload is obviously down.  does anyone have another link? or even tell me most recent version to search for? thanks

Check the last few pages of any threads, should be working links.

The release thread has files hosted on mediafire and Google Docs.

ye i managed to sort it out eventually.  I installed (max install) ff7 and it says the whole folder is 400mb which seemed wierd.  And i tried installing patch 1.02 and team avalanche but in ff7 cfg editor it says opengl is BROKEN and the menu is all messed up on custom setting.  the buster sword is whited out on main menu etc

ye cheers for the link.  I did look through them, I was just wondering on the best mods to use that are stable.  I like the concept of gameplay changing mods - different weapons etc different monsters in different areas etc.  However I don't want the game to be unplayable like some of the hardcore mods.  I downloaded the ff7 remix and thought some of those mods looked cool, but judging on the opinions on here that is really outdated?

Hi Sir,

I'm having the same problem, I cant seem to find any working link to download Avalanche mods, the links in the beginning of the thread says "file not found" I also tried in mediafire but the file is also not available there, obviously megaupload is down so its no longer an option,..

So where can I download the latest avalanche releases? ??  :? :? :?

Thank you very much! :) :) :)

Take a very close look at the page, you'll see the password partially hidden right under the link.

Lots of alternate download links can be found on PitBrats Big List of Mods in the FAQ section. Here, I'll politely link to it for you: http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=12503.0

If you peruse that list you'll find what you are looking for.

I'll go one step further. GUI link that works (there's a bunch that don't, I admit): https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7ZrngjoUqm-bjRSMldBaWFZa1E/edit

Hi res Avalanche working link: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B2bokCK-QnwZSXZhelJkaGZUMFM2S1hFZFp5ZkxrQQ/edit

Considering the search function doesn't work I can maybe understand some difficulty. Wish it worked but it goes down sometimes. I miss when we could spy on each other's past posts, too.
