7th Heaven / My characters look awesome. Everyone else looks like garbage.

Hello!
These mods are amazing and really bring a lot of depth to the game.
I am wondering however if anyone has had any success making npcs both in the field and in battle look better. For most of my characters I'm using whitEraven's models and they look great. However, enemies and npcs all look terrible. I even change the battle models for shinra soldiers to Kaldarasha but they don't seem to actually be changing at all.
Does anyone have a setup that looks a little closer to a full game conversion? It really breaks the immersion when I have my awesome looking characters standing off with some pixelated blobs.
