The game like I say works fine. All mods works normally and I have no problem, up to now. Using the clean registry patch fixed any problem I was having. During though the patching with the FF7 GameConverter, I am getting an error right after I specify the movies folder, be it I use "" or not. The error is "The system can not find the file specified".

Spoiler: show

I am guessing it is not the movies, since if I play without the modded movies, the movies work fine. If anything, the music does not work if I do not use the mods and it even shows those red letters, saying it can't find the music.

If anything everything work perfectly, so I am not sure if that error affects anything. In the log I do not even see that message.

I think it has something to do with the folder structure of the original release instead of SE or Steam. The GC is not finding the music files inside data\music_ogg to move into the music\vgmstream folder for 7H to use. I don't believe the original release had the data\music_ogg folder, so I'm not sure how to edit the GC to make a work around aside from adding the actual .ogg music files for it to place. This would make the GC download hundreds of MBs too large, and I would be distributing original music that I don't feel comfortable doing.

If there are no music files in your music\vgmstream folder, than you won't hear any music unless you either A) manually place your own .ogg music files into it or B) activate a music option from the Media - Music and Sound category in 7H.

Thanks for the reply EQ2Alyza :) Well I installed once more the steam version and grabbed the ogg files from it :) I guess getting the steam version proved to be a good thing after all, even for this, since trying to add 7th Heaven gave me trouble compared to my original game. Honestly I do not find it to be a problem, since 7th heaven has the Original OST and so many other choices. I was just making sure that this error would not mean something else.

Have an wonderful day, an awesome week and take care :D
