Title: FF7 on PC runs too fast!

I started playing FF7 on my PC and at the very beginning of the game I noticed that the character figures move slightly faster than I remember on Ps1 version.

For example the animation is slightly faster,the movement is different etc.It doesn't give the have the same feeling.

Also I watched some videos on Youtube to see if the problem was there but I noticed that everything was okay.Please I really need your help on this one because these changes set the gameplay very annoying!

If you want help you have got to provide us with info we can use to help

What version of FF7 .
How did u install ?
mods or not?
what mods?
what hardware...

First of all thank you for your time!

Well my version of FF7 is 1.06
I installed it on my C drive,I don't use any mods any my hardware Specifications are:

Processor   Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz, 3301 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
8 gb RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 650
