Nice work Jusete. Looks great as always.   ;D

I was absent for a long time now, but I found some time for updating the Database:
Final Fantasy VII HD Field Scenes Database

Thanks for that SoulEvan, I really appreciate it.

The project is going slow right now because I'm very busy atm and I'm the only one doing the renders right now but I'm still on it and the goal is to finish all the game, of course. I'll finish kalm soon and after that I'll probably start mythril cave unless you guys want me to re-do all Midgar fields with my style. Will see. Thanks for all your support. Follow this thread and discord channel for more news!.

i def would love to see more midgar ones. really looking forward to that and a few more releases from you. the little easter eggs probably take so much work but they make all the difference.

from my personal point of view, I would prefer the midgar screens so that we can have the full beginnings with your screens and those of the team avalanche, jmp 434 and faulked etc ^^ and we would have a continuation with midgar, then your screens of kalm and the chocobo farm etc ^^ once again thank you for your work guys :)

Elmin3_1 finally finished. Sorry for the long time without news, it´s taking more time than I expected but I hope to finish Kalm before my weddig day XDDD

As  the time of rendering and load of work on my computer is too much, I started to use a rendering farm service to have the renders in less time. As obvious, they are charging me some money for the service and unfortunately I can´t afford that so I´ve opened an account to top-up the service when needed. If you can contribute to the project any donation will be appreciate. Thanks for your support!

What's required (hardware, OS, etc.) to do your renders?  Is it the kind of thing I could feed a ton of PNGs into before going to bed at night, and have a finished product to send back by the time I came home from work the next day?

Multicore processor, RAM, doesn´t matter what OS. More High spect your pc more faster will do the render. This is not an AI upscaling backgrounds, I´m making the fields from scratch with a 3d program and rendering the scene to have the background, that means that if the hardware is a bit old the workflow will be slow and the work load on the pc too much, reducing the lifetime of the computer.

I need to build a new PC for gaming, but it's still a while out (other financial obligations at present). When I do if the specs are sufficient I'm willing to pitch in some time if it's pretty jasmer-proof and I can set and forget until it's done.

Since I also need something that can handle video editing better than my last rig it'll have decent CPU and lots of RAM.

More and more impressive.

I didn't know this game could attract so many talented people.

The real Final Fantasy VII remake will be produced here on Qhimm. :)

Indeed! I already noted that Jusete's reworked images are not compared to any AI upscale. Quality is in the highest level since high quality textures are being used from the beginning in contrast to the blank spots the AI is trying to fill out of a cg pattern that is trying to create from the shitty quality images of the outdated old textures.

Thanks guys! I'm putting a lot of effort and time on this project and I appreciate your comments and support. Unfortunately, my notebook crashed yesterday while rendering elmin4_2 and I won't be able to work until I fix it. I managed to save all the data(thanks God) so the project is safe. HDD is working fine so I guess is the ram. The only problem is that the ram is built in so idk how much will cost to fix it. I'll keep you posted
