Nevermind. I solved the problem. Setting the internal resolution to 1920x1080 cause the problem. If I set to 1920x1081 the lines disappear. Weird.
The guys in qhimm discord helped me out !

5) The graphics look like crap!
Yes, the original 3D background art was lost, and the 1998 port team had to use the low resolution PSX graphics. We have some mods to help with that.

Square lost the original art made before the game was actually inserted into the Playstation system ? oO
That sounds insane. How can they lose it ?!?! lol. Careless.

Hello. For some reason whenever I set FF7 resolution to 1080p or higher I get those lines as displayed in the picture.
If I set to 720p (1280x720) the lines disappear. Is this a limitation of the openGL driver itself ? Or is there a workaround ? Thanks.
