The problem I'm having is that my game won't even install. The autoplay pops up, I click install and nothing happens. I tried installing it under safe mode and changing the compatibility to win95, 98 etc. but didn't work. Don't know what else to do.

which game (7 or 8) and whats your OP (without using compatability mode)

Try exploring the install CD and running setup.exe
