Got a lot of games but here are a couple of favs:

Unreal 1 (NOT UT, the Single Player Unreal - very atmospheric)
Unreal Tournament (yes UT as well :p)

Descent 1 & 2 (wish there were more 6DOF games. There was Forsaken, but that was meh)

Diablo 1 (Excellent atmosphere and music, can't say D3 will have me nearly as emotionally invested, because it's missing the composer from Diablo 1)
The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall (I played this after oblivion and morrowind, when they released it for free and it absolutely blew my mind)
Prince of Persia (the Original, not sands of time. I like having no powers better)
MGS1
Battlefield 2 (favorite MP game with friends, it was amazing)
Crysis
Jedi Knight 1: Dark Forces 2

Yeah, i don't count that as DMC haha, just 1, 3 and 4

I only really liked the first DMC the second was alright too but I hated 3 and 4 =/

Oblivion I have heavily moded and you can make your own games with Oblivion. It's quite interesting how incredibly flexible that engine is.
The Geck engine works quite well undo fallout and the same engine (only improved) is running Skyrim. The biggest issue with Skyrim is it doesn't appear to do enough integrity checks of the data it has in memory. On the PS3 it's disturbing to watch a dragon fly backwards and do a breath attack from its... TAIL (the first time you see it you are laughing for a few minutes but after that it just gets to be a annoying). It appears to be an issue with the PS3 combined with the engine they use. I suspect the CELL processors are over heating and subtle corruption of data occurs. That's still no excuse not the verify the data is good in memory (geesh a simple check takes a microsecond).

Disgea3 and I am hoping to find Disgea4 (bloody introduced it without me seeing it available) I have 1 and 2 (both are really funny).
I still play a few PS2 games. Not much lately. I'm working on getting playstation emulation working on this machine.
I have a LOT of PS1 games (it's a pain to play under linux however <mutter>)

The duplicate titles represent multiple mentions of the same game.
Looks like Zelda and Left 4 Dead 2 are tied with the most mentions. Sonic 3 is a close second.

Pokemon died when they made a cartoon about it. It was fun as hell playing Red, then the cartoon came out and all of a sudden you were queer if you played it. Getting caught playing pokemon in middle school is a surefire way to not be one of the cool kids.

The cartoon was Awesome. Ash was like the worst trainer in the world and I respected the program for being practically the only one where the "hero" fails.

Speaking of Pokemon how many badges did Ash legitimately earn? I'm not counting the Brock deafeat because that sprinkler bit was just.. it was so bad words could not describe how bull that was.

Also I wasn't such a fan of Beyblade, it seemed a bit Farfetch'd even compared to Pokemon.
Also Yu-Gi-Oh was alright till the later seasons.
