7th Heaven / I get this error?

i get this error when i run bc.exe https://imgur.com/a/FWRPW4p i somehow dont get the error when i rune mo.exe it works fine but i dont understand why i get this error i only get it when i run bc.exe not mo.exe i dont know if its because somethings missing or something didnt install right if you could help me out id greatly appreciate it

I get this error and idky  its only when i try to launch 7thheaven and i cant figure out why i had this starting i had someone help me but even he couldnt understand but the regular game from steam works fine but i followed the guide for it and then this error popped up everytime i tried to launch it?
