Every time I try to download a catalog from the Tifa's Final Heaven modloader, The program crashes. I get the following error message:

Additionally, I get told that there is an update available for Tifa's Final Heaven, but whenever I try to download it, I get told that it can't update, because SharpCompress.dll is open in another program, even when I do this right at reboot.
Any clue as to what might be causing this?
