Awesome work on catalog 2.0! I love it so far! Thank you very much for everyone's contribution to this project.

I have ran into two issues so far:

The Team Avalanche Sweeper model and SlayersNext Potions are not used even though they are selected. I have attached my 7th Heaven (1.50) Profile here: http://pastebin.com/SPYqPZhu. Please let me know if you need anything else to help diagnose the issue.

Where are you encountering the Sweeper?

I ran into the potion and the sweeper before the very first boss & save point. The random battles included the sweeper, and the potion that had the original texture was the one near Jessie before going further down to the save point.

The Jessie Mod edits the flevel scenes of those random encounters, so it could be I added the wrong chunks for it. I have an idea what may be the cause, so I'll test it this weekend and see what I come up with.

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what's wrong with the Sweeper model. The same is for the Kaldarasha Shrina Soldiers. Neither are applying at the beginning of the game, yet I've triple checked every angle. It's late, I'm tired...I'll have to come back to this one another time.

You may already know this but I just discovered myself today that the Sweeper model you can download from this thread ( http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=13943.25 ) is only for the model outside of Midgar on the world map.

To use the sweeper model in the bombing mission, you must rename the 26 files from the Sweeper.rar download.
Change the 'cv' to 'av' for all 26 of the files:
  CVAA to AVAA
  CVAC to AVAC
  CVAM to AVAM
  . . . and so on . . .

Have you tried this?  I'm guessing so, but figured it was worth a sanity check.

The sweeper model works, it's just that it's not replacing the sweepers within midgar. It replaces a variation of the sweeper that you first encounter in the area around midgar, after you leave the city.

To dig up an old quote from myself:
