I hope there isn't a topic like this here already. Anyways, just felt like pointing this out because I can.

Makes me wish that I had a pc capable of running fallout 3.

Oh wait, I already wished that.  Doubly so now!
Have you tried out these mods?

Hello, I'm currently the sole developer for the Shinra Tower Fallout 3 mod (now known as 'Mako Dawn') - I just happened to chance upon this while looking for something entirely different! The newest release (v1.1) is actually available now from moddb.com (on which it made the front page) or the nexus. It's still very much a work in progress, but I plan on doing a release every two weeks.

That's actually very impressive. I loved the details in that video. I wish I could get into Fallout 3 now. I tried, I just hate games that are "if you go here at this time, theres a 0.036% chance of this person being here".

Occasionally in Fallout 3 (and the Elder Scrolls games) an NPC won't be where you last saw them, but they're usually in the same building / town / area and not difficult to find. Typically the only NPCs whose locations are semi-random are enemies. I've personally never had an issue with it myself, but I can understand why that could irk you. That really wouldn't be an issue for the mod I'm developing (which is a total conversion) since every employee has their own keycard they'd only be found on their respective floors. And there's no chance of them getting killed accidentally by random animals / monsters.

Here's a shot of a WIP Midgar in Fallout 3 which I post edited a little in Photoshop:
