SOLVED: Jenova and Aeris...
« on: 2001-01-24 17:26:00 »
Umm...
Even though I brought Aeris "back to life.."
using Jenova
I can not put her in the inactive party...
(The rest of the party which does not appear in the MENU...n can be accessed in the PHS..)
...I saw my fren using a PHS and change party member Aeris with another guy from inactive list...
also
Aeris' face does appear in the equip menu...
(when u buy equipments...Aeris' face was there....but if u use Jenova, there'll be a blank there in Aeris's place/slot/picture...)
My fren told me He had revived Aeris but I dun believed him...still I dunno how he did it...

First, you can't revive Aeris. Period. I don't care what anyone says, I've heard it all before. You can cheat with Jenova or whatever to get her back in your party like what you're doing, but that's it. I don't know about Jenova, but you can use Cid to put Aeris on the PHS screen.

I still think there are pure bugs in jenova;
some limits breaks dont appear in the limit break editor, and they cant be added.
stats cant be edited (sometimes).
The location editor only has 2 locations.
some saves cant be edited, they simply have 3 clouds in there !!!
etc///

I recommend using all three of the editors: Jenova, FF7 Character Editor, and Cid. This way, if one doesn't work for something, try another. And if *that* also doesn't work with the second one, try the third one.

Indeed. I generally back up my saves in triplicate. A bit overboard I know, but heck the save files are pretty small.
