Trouble with 7thHeaven (here the report)

Hello everyone! First of all: thank you for all your work.

I bought the Steam version of FF7, following the tutorial for 7thHeaven step by step, but launching the game an error appears instead, telling me to report it here:

News:

OK, I fix it by myself launching both 7H and FF7 as administrator.

However... starting the game two new warnings appear:

OpenGL renderer appears to be the Microsoft software renderer.
Your graphics drivers are probably not installed correctly.
Expect extreme lag.

and

No useful indirect path found, check APP.LOG for more information.

Then the game start in a screen-size window, not in full screen...
