Sounds awesome, but I already have almost all of their games on PC so there's a very good chance I'd just get games I already have.

It seems unlikely to have either ffvii or ffviii when they are selling them for over 10€. Hundreds of customers would be furious...

Chances are you'll see FF14, Hitman, Deus Ex and Tomb Raider being the most common ones.

With a small chance of Sleeping Dogs, one of the Dungeon Siege games, Front Mission Evolved and maybe FF7 or 8.

Just Cause 2 may also be somewhat common considering the Multiplayer mod just came out officially through Steam.

So, I ended up with Tomb Raider, Just Cause 2, Hitman; Blood Money and Dungeon Siege 3.

Tomb Raider is a truly excellent game. Not really a very good representation of its franchise, since they changed virtually everything, but a great game by its own merit.

Really? Tomb Raider got good reviews pretty much across the board. That alone is worth $5, easily.

They did change quite a bit with Tomb Raider, but as a reboot I kind of expected that. I think to a degree they brought a bit more realism to the fantasy, it reminded me of Uncharted with more built into it. I also liked the new character design, the original was obviously great but she also wasn't as believable and that level of other worldly sex appeal wouldn't have worked as well in this game.

Yeah well while that may be true, you gotta remember you could get some random crappy game.

Plus I find it hard to want to support them when they refuse to release FF on pcs, and I wont buy console, no matter how hard they lobby it.

But the funniest part about SE (and most japanese devs and publishers) Is how while they shit all over pc platform (capcom is exception), they do their best to cater fluffy casuals with their mobile games.

This how Ive always felt, both about SquareEnix, and RE4.

And to tell the truth, I have been dying to play RE4 with proper mouse support few years ago, but honestly, I dont care anymore. Too little too late.
