Scripting and Reverse Engineering / Looking for help with the Switch version.

I am currently assisting a few other people with porting their massive graphics update over to the Switch version. It uses a similar file structure and a lot of the same lpg files as the PC release. After extracting the game files, I ran into one called ff7_en (no file extension). I tried comparing it to the PC exe with the same name and it's totally different. Was hoping someone could help figure out what it contains and maybe it will let people port over more mods to the Switch FF7. We are also curious if there would be any way possible to port over Aali's Graphical Driver but that is way over our head. I have all the main files extracted for the Switch version.
