How can i change  ff7 pc avatars with my own avatars? (aside from the ff7 ac avatars patch)

if you use the lgp tools to open the menu lgp, you can just right click on the picture you want to replace and choose a file from your computer. then, simply close the lgp tools and it will be in the game.

you've got to rezise your own avatar down to about 128x128 pixels in BMP format.
