Might I ask why? I'm sorry to say, I've no idea how, but what do you plan to do with such a modification? Add more menu options?

If you look at the screen, you can the see the window containing "Time" and "Gils" is bigger than the menu, it's just to put the word "Temps" in french not cut.

Find the magic number that defines the size of that window? (This is probably not an easy task unless you're familiar with the inner workings of FF7)

Is it just me or does it look like its on a Game boy Advance or something? Strange.

No, it's just a screen of a bresilian translation and the font have been modified
